The Headquarters Air Force (HAF) and the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) are seeking to implement an advanced training system focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA). The proposed solution is a Mixed Reality Experience (MRX) through an Immersive Learning Simulation (ILS) platform, referred to as the Leading Inclusively Virtual Experience (LIVE). This technology is intended to provide realistic, interactive learning environments that strengthen "soft skills" such as communication, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking among Airmen and Guardians

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop LIVE Program SharePoint Multi-Purpose Configurations.
• Develop the SharePoint site to serve multiple functions and requirements, specifically supporting the LIVE program.
• Verifying access to the SharePoint site to be sectioned into restricted and non-restricted areas.
• Ensure restricted areas will be accessible only by government personnel with advanced permissions.
• Ensuring the non-restricted area will be available for government personnel with a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Host and manage resources on the site.
• Facilitate workflow processes for government personnel.
• Assist in information retrieval.
• Handle requests for facilitation sessions.
• Manage the submission process for student nominations.
• Conduct a minimum of two one-hour training sessions per year.
• Train government personnel on how to submit LIVE facilitator nominations.
• Conduct beta testing of the SharePoint site.
• Gather feedback and make necessary modifications.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in Graphic or Web Design.

Experience

• 5 years in SharePoint visual design, usability, and branding.
• 2 years combined experience in Visual Basic (VB), MS Excel, and Access Database.
• Advanced permissions and workflows.
• Site sustainment.
• Excellent in verbal, written, and listening skills.

Certifications

• Any relevant certifications in SharePoint or other Microsoft technologies are a plus.
